Eligibility & Compliance · for Athletic directors, commissioners, volunteers

Prove eligibility once. Keep it proven.

Grade, age, parish, school, district and residency rules with the proof attached, reviewed in one queue, reused every season. Coach qualification assertions with a league floor.

Rules that fit your organization

  • Five rule kinds: grade, birth date and gender, parish, school, religious education, residency or a custom rule.
  • Each rule can block, send to review or warn. Combine rules as "any one of these".
  • Four guided profiles (for youth): faith-based school, private school, public school, select or travel. Families answer expert-written questions.
  • Approve an exception with a note; who approved it and when is recorded.

Documents reviewed once, reused everywhere

  • Proof is your choice: require documents on a rule, or skip them entirely — each rule works either way.
  • Birth certificates, physicals, parish or school letters, proof of residency.
  • Preview each one, verify or reject with a note; eligibility re-checks on the decision.
  • A document uploaded once stays verified and attaches to later registrations.
  • Every athlete moves up a grade on June 1, so eligibility stays true.

Coaches cleared before the first practice

  1. 1Your authorized personnel do the certifying — the platform keeps the record. Seven qualification types: SafeParish, Safe Environment, SafeSport, Concussion, CPR/First Aid, Background check, Coaching license.
  2. 2The league sets the floor; an organization can add requirements, never remove them.
  3. 3Volunteers answer per certification at registration and acknowledge the statement the league wrote.
  4. 4A verification report, Yes/No/Expired per requirement, for your verifying representative.

The details that make it work.

  • Volunteer at registration, including a spouse
  • Paid, volunteer or mixed coach models
  • Guest player rules enforced by your settings
  • Age-limited programs alongside grade-limited ones
