Does the App work without League Manager?
Yes. A coach can create a standalone team, or an organization can run several teams with an access code. A league connection adds the sync.
Which sports?
Any sport, youth through adult. Golf has hole-by-hole live scoring and stats; league games in any sport take a coach-entered final.
