Ratings only you can see
- A/B/C skill ratings per player, visible to you and the helpers you pick. Never guardians, never the league.
- Rating charts by grade and gender on the dashboard.
Teams drafted to your philosophy
- The wizard recommends teams per grade, merges grades when needed, then places players balanced (snake draft) or competitive (A team first).
- A volunteer coach is always placed on their own child's team. Teams with no coach are flagged.
- Review every step, then commit. Fine-tune by drag and drop afterwards.
- Submit teams to the league when you are ready. Nothing leaves your organization before that.
Jerseys and uniforms: deconflicted
- 1Selling uniforms? Add the items to the program, with sizes and prices, and families pick sizes at checkout. Not selling any? Skip uniforms entirely.
- 2Skipping new jerseys? Ask each family at registration for the number their player already has.
- 3Generated numbers are deconflicted automatically: no duplicates on the team, in the grade, or one grade either side — nobody ends up duct-taping a new number onto their jersey. Preview every pick before it's written.
- 4Order counts by item and size, per player, exportable to hand straight to your supplier.
